Kugler Services exists to help growing owner-operated companies lead with clearer numbers, stronger controls, and better decisions month after month.
Our Story
Kugler Services began as a freelance accounting practice in 2019 and became Kugler Services LLC in 2023. What started as practical bookkeeping support has grown into a focused accounting and advisory firm serving small and mid-sized businesses that need more than basic recordkeeping.
From the beginning, the goal has been to help business owners replace financial uncertainty with reliable clarity: clean books, stronger reporting rhythms, better systems, and numbers they can understand before decisions become urgent.
As the firm grew, so did its team and operating model. Josh and his family spend much of the year in Vietnam, where Kugler Services has engaged local firms and developed a capable support team and a disciplined remote workflow built around secure cloud-based systems, careful documentation, and consistent communication.
Over time, construction and real estate became the firm’s primary focus. Today, Kugler Services partners with owner-operated firms facing cash timing pressure, project-level margin complexity, payroll and labor considerations, and outside reporting expectations from lenders, bonding agents, tax preparers, investors, and other stakeholders.
